Conditions

Translation services, are made up according to the following language combinations:

   Italian>English – English>Italian.
   Italian>French – French>Italian.

The text will be worked out in the file original format and if it is not possible, it will be drawn and delivered in a Word (.doc) format.

Doc,pdf, txt, rtf, html files will be accepted and will be sent back to the customer in their original format, trying not to change the initial settings.

In case of particularly difficult contents customers may be called to give details or for any other sudden event that may arise in similar conditions (see, for instance incomplete documents, missing sentences, etc.).
For this reason, each document given by the customer must be complete in each part (including tables, graphics or images where they are present). In case of particular translations – like for web pages – customers may be called via email to give additional details and, where it will be necessary, via telephone call.

As this matter is concerned, you are pleased to give all complete pieces of information concerning you and the way you can be reached in order to ease our task.

Working process

  1. At the demand time, the customer must send the document to be translated by email, his generalities and address where he wants to be contacted.



  2. After taking vision of the concerned document an estimate of expense will be sent, the translation working out will start only after the customer’s formal approval by email.



  3. Once the translation is ended, an email will be sent containing data relevant to my current account (for a banking discount) or to a postal money order and the translation will be sent at the receival, via email or press, of a copy of the payment.


Pdf Files will be drawn in a doc and rtf format.
